Home delivery charges (Online only, does not apply in store)
We will charge you one delivery charge per order. This charge is automatically calculated according to the total price of the products you have selected to buy and added to your basket. It does not matter how many items you order, delivery is based on the order amount.

Standard delivery |
Applies to everything we sell unless we tell you otherwise and normally takes 2-4 working days. 'Working day' means every day of the year except Saturdays, Sundays and English statutory and public holidays. |

Products marked as Special Order or Direct Home Delivery. This is the maximum you should allow for delivery for this product but we'll try to beat this of course. |

Available in store only. For various reasons this product cannot be sold through the website at the moment. Product ranges may vary so please check with your local store before travelling. Find your nearest store. |
Heavy items |
Items over 30kg are classed as heavy, which means that we can only deliver these with a 2-man team. This makes organising it for you more complicated and can take a little longer than normal. We aim to deliver these items within 10 working days. Our courier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery time convenient to you. |
Delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses. Customers living in some remote rural areas should note some delivery services are either extended by 2 days or in some instances not available at all. We regret that we are unable to deliver to Norther Ireland, Scottish islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey and BFPO addresses. |

Orders placed before 12:30pm Monday to Friday will be processed on that day.
Orders placed after 12:30pm or at the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed
on the next working day.
All delivery times apply to products that are in stock.
If any items you order are not available we will contact you via the telephone number or email address details you have provided with your order to discuss how you wish to proceed.
Deliveries normally occur between 7am and 5:30pm. Unfortunately we are unable to specify the exact timing of delivery.
Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries will be made direct to your door. We are not responsible for any additional lifting or carrying of your goods
We do not deliver items to multiple addresses.
If you are not satisfied with the order you have received from www.focusdiy.co.uk you may return it to us within 28 days of delivery. We will exchange or refund any unused items returned to us, as sold in their original condition, with the Sales Invoice received with your order.
If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery we will exchange the item or issue a full refund to you including delivery charges. If goods are unwanted we will not refund the delivery charge.
If you are not satisfied with the goods for any other reason we will exchange or refund any unused items as sold, in their original saleable packaging, to you excluding delivery charges. The collection of the goods will be arranged through our nominated delivery partner and the cost of return will be at your expense.
Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receipt of the returned order.
You can return your order to any Focus DIY store. Please take the Sales Invoice received with your order and let the in-store staff know that you ordered the goods from www.focusdiy.co.uk. They will then process your refund immediately.
