We operate three different delivery charges depending on the goods you buy.

1. We offer FREE delivery on selected large supplier direct delivered products, e.g. bathroom suites, garden buildings etc. Free delivery is indicated within the description of these products, if free delivery is not stated, the standard delivery charge applies.
PLEASE NOTE: Supplier direct delivered products and items marked as 'SPECIAL ORDER' can take up to 28 days to be delivered. Please see the addition terms and conditions (from the link on the product page).
2. For heavy items eg furniture, trampolines there will be a delivery charge of £25 per order. Please allow 14 days for delivery, the courier will contact you to arrange delivery.
3. For all other items there is a delivery charge of £5.99 per order
3. For Gift Vouchers we charge £3.99 delivery as these are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Where possible we will always try to deliver your order within 3-5 working days.
''Working day'' means every day of the year except Saturdays, Sundays, and English statutory and public holidays

All orders must be placed before 12:30pm to ensure they are processed on the day. Orders made after 12:30pm will be processed on the next working day.

For example if you place your order after 12:30pm on a Monday, it will be processed on the Tuesday and we guarantee delivery between the following Thursday and Monday providing the item is in stock. Or if you place your order after 12:30pm on a Friday, it will be processed on the Monday and delivered between the following Wednesday and Friday.

Delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses. Customers living in some remote rural areas should note some delivery services are either extended by 2 working days, or in some instances not available at all.

We regret that we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey and BFPO addresses.

Terms and Conditions

All delivery times apply to products that are in stock.

If any items you order are not available we will contact you via the telephone number or email address details you have provided with your order to discuss how you wish to proceed.

Deliveries normally occur between 7am and 5:30pm. Unfortunately we are unable to specify the exact timing of delivery.

Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries will be made direct to your door. We are not responsible for any additional lifting or carrying of your goods

We do not deliver items to multiple addresses.

Exchange And Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the order you have received from www.focusdiy.co.uk you may return it to us within 28 days of delivery. We will exchange or refund any unused items returned to us, as sold in their original condition, with the Sales Invoice received with your order.

If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery we will exchange the item or issue a full refund to you including delivery charges. If goods are unwanted we will not refund the delivery charge.

If you are not satisfied with the goods for any other reason we will exchange or refund any unused items as sold, in their original saleable packaging, to you excluding delivery charges. The collection of the goods will be arranged through our nominated delivery partner and the cost of return will be at your expense.

Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receipt of the returned order.

How To Return Items

You can return your order to any Focus DIY store. Please take the Sales Invoice received with your order and let the in-store staff know that you ordered the goods from www.focusdiy.co.uk. They will then process your refund immediately.
