ARE YOU A FOCUS GREEN HERO?

Green Thinking is at the forefront of everyone's mind, but it takes someone special to dedicate themselves to being 'Green'. That's why Focus DIY is launching a nationwide search for its 'Community Green Hero 2007'.

From the recycling queen to composting just about everything bio-degradable, the hunt is on for anyone who goes that extra mile to help save the environment.

The Green Hero will win £125 of FOCUS vouchers and be entered into a national draw with the chance of winning £1,000 cash to donate to an environmental group or charity of their choice.

People can nominate themselves or their Green Hero at any FOCUS store or online at www.focusdiy.co.uk.

Jo Hirst, Environment Manager for FOCUS, said: "If you or someone you know goes out is as environmentally friendly as possible and always takes the green option when gardening or around the house, then FOCUS would like to hear about it.
