Focus has supported the Meningitis Trust since 2001 and since then has raised in excess of &pund;1,000,000. Focus makes an annual donation as well as raising much needed funds through;
Annual Fun Day at all stores
Each year all stores nationwide organise a themed "Fun Day" with a variety of fundraising activities, enjoyed by both staff and customers in their local communities.
The 2007 Fun Day theme was 'Birthdays' this is because the Meningitis Trust celebrates its 21st Birthday this year. The weekend on 15/16th September was a resounding success raising £95,858.
Focus and the London Marathon
At the 2007 Marathon, Focus sponsored Stacey Harris from our Burgess Hill store who did a sterling job for us. We will be also taking part in the 2008 Marathon, watch this space for details!

Pin Badge Sales
From July 2007 The Meningitis Trust launched a series of 5 highly collectable pin badges - they teamed up with the world famous aerobatic display team The Red Arrows, so look out for these badges in stores now!

Support Centre Dress Down Days
Each year to coincide with the Fun Day Weekends, staff at Support Centre pay a pound to dress in casual clothing for the day.

Focus and the London Marathon
At the 2007 Marathon, Focus sponsored a team of runners for the Meningitis Trust, this included Stacey Harris from our Burgess Hill store who did a sterling job for us. Her final total raised is yet to be announced, so watch this space!
