Focus (DIY) Limited aims to create a virtual store for on-line customers bringing you the confidence and convenience of visiting our store for inspiration, advice and shopping 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However there are a number of services we provide in our stores, for example paint mixing and interest free credit, which we are not presently able to offer on the website.

on Sundays. Exeter store opens from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm Monday to Saturday
and 10.00 am to 4.00 pm on Sundays.

3. Keeping an Eye on Price
We are determined to bring you the best possible price day in day out. If you find the same product offered at a lower price locally, let us know and we'll beat that price by a further 10% of the difference - even up to 14 days after your purchase. Receipt required as proof of purchase.
The product must be identical i.e, dimensions, power and performance. Value packs must be identical in configuration, manufacturer must be the same. Also excludes products and packages only advertised in store.
4. Returns Policy
Should you need to return a product purchased from our store, all that we ask is that a proof of purchase is available and that the product has not been used or the packaging damaged. For further information and clarification please contact your nearest store. This does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Paint Mixing
For those decorating projects where only a perfect match will do - our staff will be pleased to mix paint to your requirements. This service is an in-store service only.
