Terms and Conditions Garden Buildings

1) The product is a self-assembly item and will be delivered in kit form. Instructions for assembly will be enclosed with the products.

2) The delivery to their property will be made to the nearest point that is adjacent to the roadway and clear of obstruction. Carriers will not move product around or through the property.

3) The carrier will contact the customer by telephone prior to delivery to confirm details and agree a suitable delivery date.

4) Deliveries are made on Monday – Friday only, no weekend deliveries. Deliveries are made between 8.00am – 5.00pm. The carriers are unable to give specific time slots.

5) The address must be on a made up (Tarmac) road, wide enough for lorries e.g. dustbin lorry / fire engine, able to lorry park within 6 metres (20ft) of the property, if cars are parked on both sides of the street, this mustnot cause problems for lorry access.

6) Rowlinson Garden Products liability for any material that is defective or not of the quality or specification is limited to the cost value of the purchased goods and under no circumstances will we be liable for any consequential loss, damage or cost arising from late delivery.

7) Deliveries are to UK mainland only.

8) Allow 28 days for delivery.

9) IMPORTANT RETURNS POLICY - Once assembled, garden buildings may not be returned unless faulty (your statutory rights are not affected).

PLEASE CAREFULLY CHECK YOUR ORDER WHEN IT IS DELIVERED.
